React & Next.js Developer

You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and customizing features on the SourcingScreen platform using React.js and Next.js. Collaborating closely with the product, design, and backend teams, you will deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Your key responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and enhancing the platform, implementing new features, and customizing existing ones based on business needs. You will optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and security, integrate RESTful APIs, and translate UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive web pages. Additionally, you will debug, test, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables and collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and deliver on timelines. It is essential to stay updated on the latest front-end trends, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js, with experience in TypeScript being a plus. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS is required, along with experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL). A strong understanding of SSR (Server Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) in Next.js is crucial, along with familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows using platforms like GitHub/GitLab. Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO best practices for Next.js, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
