React Native Developer - Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced React Native Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with React Native.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React, and mobile development best practices.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries.
• Familiarity with native build tools (Android Studio, Xcode).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during assigned remote working hours.

Work Schedule:

• Timing: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (mandatory)

Selection Process & Terms of Engagement:

• Trial Period: 1 week (upon appointment). If performance is unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated immediately.
• Probation Period: 3 months post-trial. During this time, either party may terminate the engagement with 3 days’ notice.
• Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be considered a permanent fit for the role.
