Experience: Targeting ~5 years

Responsibilities

Build and ship React Native apps using JavaScript/TypeScript
Client Communication
Handle team
Manage state with Redux or MobX; hands-on with middleware (redux, redux-thunk, redux-saga)
Install and work with common third-party plugins (camera, AsyncStorage, filesystem, maps)
Write unit tests with Jest and React Native Testing Library
Use Git confidently; contribute independently and collaborate across teams
Mentor junior developers and review code; comfortable making changes in libraries when needed
Demonstrate proactive ownership and strong leadership

Nice to Have

Deep experience with Redux
EXPO, EAS
Understanding of the Native Bridge
Strong TypeScript skills
