MERN Developer

As a MERN Stack Engineer at Blisslers, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using React.js for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end. You will take ownership of the full-stack development process, which includes creating APIs, building responsive UIs, and writing unit tests. Additionally, you will ensure optimized server configurations, performance tuning, and smooth deployments. Your role will also involve debugging and resolving technical issues efficiently, as well as assisting the team with critical challenges and contributing to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong experience with React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux, React Query, GraphQL, and TanStack. Proficiency in Node.js and back-end frameworks is also required. Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools, and deployment strategies is essential. Familiarity with Git version control and working in an Agile environment with frequent releases is a plus. The ability to take end-to-end ownership of development, from coding to deployment, is highly valued. The interview process for this position at Blisslers includes a quiz, assignment/coding test, technical interview, and a second round of technical interview if required, followed by an HR discussion.
