React Js Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and actively participating in project discussions to design, estimate, and deliver secure and highly performing code. Your role will involve designing and developing high-volume, consumer-facing applications that ensure high-availability and performance. Additionally, you will be developing systems that meet both functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and operational costs. To maximize the productivity of the project team, you will choose an effective development environment, establish technical standards, provide training to team members, and offer advisory and troubleshooting support. You will also design and partake in organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational competence and memory. Furthermore, you will participate in pre-sales activities to showcase the technical capabilities of the organization, which may include answering technical questions and building proof-of-concept products. It will be important for you to stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, procedures, and techniques to align with the organization's future technology focus.
