React Full Stack Developer

As a React Full Stack Developer at Elixir Strategic Management Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Develop and implement dynamic UI components using React.js - Design and develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express - Integrate with and manage databases such as MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL/SQL DBs) - Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences - Optimize application performance across modern web browsers - Handle deployment and version control through CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) - Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable application hosting - Perform debugging, unit testing, and bug fixes in both frontend and backend environments - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies - Lead development efforts on key modules and mentor junior developers In terms of qualifications, you are required to have the following technical skills: - Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 - Experience with Redux or other state management libraries - Backend expertise using Node.js and Express.js - Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL/SQL databases - Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration - Familiarity with JWT and other authentication/authorization mechanisms - Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure - Experience with Docker and container-based environments - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, soft skills such as excellent problem-solving, communication skills, ability to work effectively in Agile environments, and strong leadership and mentoring skills are essential for this role.
