Description
You will be part of Kapylon s Front End Tech team and work on Business Application Development and Transformation projects for Kapylon clients. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the client s UI and UX domain of the Products, Solutions, and Applications. You will lead the existing UI/UX tech team and will closely work with the client team and tech development teams. Technical Requirements for role React JS (React Components, ES6 classes, Function Components) Redux JS (Reducers, Actions, Utilities, Store, Collections, Dev tools) Advanced HTML and CSS. TypeScript, JSON, XML management tools Git (Merging, Branching, PRs) JIRA (Reporting, workflows) Experience and Skills Requirements 4 to 8 years of experience as a UI/UX core technical/ lead in the IT Industry. Experience with interacting with a Business Analyst to convert business requirements to design. Knowledge of best practices for various JS/CSS/Markup tools Continuous learning for best practices Experience with requirement management for a large IT Software project. Hands-on experience in JIRA, GitHub, Requirement management, Defect Management, and Change management. Good verbal, documentation, and written skills. Excellent attention to detail. Self-starter, Proactive, confident, good people skills Very good written and oral Communication skills. Experience in working with US clients. Javascript, Redux, Html & Css, React (Front-End Development)
