Job Summary

Growwake is looking for a talented and enthusiastic React Developer to join our development team. You'll be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces for our internal and client-facing web applications. This role requires proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and related front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, contribute to the entire development lifecycle, and collaborate closely with back-end developers and designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Develop new user-facing features using React.js and its core principles, ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop.
• Component Architecture: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Workflow Integration: Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• State Management: Utilize state management libraries like Redux or Context API to manage application state effectively.
• API Integration: Integrate front-end components with back-end services using RESTful APIs.
• Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, and ensure code is optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in peer code reviews.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve application defects and performance issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in developing user interfaces with React.js.
• Core Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• React Expertise: Deep understanding of the React ecosystem, including Hooks, component lifecycles, and functional components.
• State Management: Practical experience with a state management library (Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API).
• API Skills: Experience with asynchronous request handling and consuming RESTful APIs (using Fetch or Axios).
• Tools: Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, Git, and npm/yarn.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) or frameworks like Next.js.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
