Job Description

Ventra is hiring a R&D Technologist for a major international confectionery company at its production facilities in Russia. Responsibilities: Research and development of innovative chocolate products, including new recipes, textures, formats, and technologies. Benchmark global chocolate trends and raw materials to identify new opportunities for the brand. Define and optimize formulations for taste, texture, shelf life, nutritional value, and production efficiency. Ensure compliance with all food safety, labeling, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Relevant degree in Food Technology or related field. Experience in chocolate R&D or innovation roles, preferably in an international FMCG or confectionery company. Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.). Willingness to relocate to Russia . Fluency in English. Conditions: Competitive salary (based on interview results).
