Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative R&D Scientist to lead the research and development of new pharmaceutical formulations, conduct experiments, and improve existing products. The ideal candidate will contribute to product innovation, scientific publications, and patent filings while ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute research projects for new formulations and product improvements.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze results to optimize formulations.
• Support scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, and regulatory affairs.
• Document research findings and prepare reports for internal review and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to patent filings, scientific publications, and innovation initiatives.
