Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the Agrochemical Industry in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthesis and analysis using techniques such as UPLC, HPLC, and PDR.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and optimize new agrochemical products through synthesis and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement green field projects.
Conduct experiments and collect data to support product development.
Analyze and interpret data from various analytical techniques.
Design and develop new methods for product testing and quality control.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

M.Sc degree in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as UPLC, HPLC, and PDR.
Experience with green field projects and product development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
