• Lead R&D for India & other markets with global exposure

A successful R&D Manager should have:

• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards in the plastic industry.
• M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech in Polymer Science or Chemistry
• 10-15 years experience in water-based adhesives, coatings, or emulsions
• Proven record in new product development and scaling up formulations
• Strong coordination skills across R&D, production, and commercial teams
• Exposure to polymer dispersions (Acrylics, PUD, VAM, etc.) preferred
• Experience with customer trials and technology transfer

• Lead regional R&D with exposure to international collaboration and training in Europe
• Strategic, high-impact role reporting to the India MD and regional R&D head
