About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to support our research and product development activities. The ideal candidate will assist in experimenting, testing, and improving products or processes in alignment with the company’s innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in new product development, testing, and improvement activities.
• Conduct research and collect data for ongoing R&D projects.
• Prepare samples, perform trials, and document test results.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for implementation.
• Maintain lab records, reports, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Support in analyzing materials, processes, and technical data to improve efficiency.
• Contribute creative ideas for product enhancement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Science / Engineering / R&D / Food Tech / Chemical / Mechanical (based on your industry).
• Maximum 2 years of experience in R&D or product testing/development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of testing procedures, documentation, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation tools.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
