We are looking for a passionate and creative R&D Executive to join our chocolate innovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new chocolate products, improving formulations, testing ingredients, and ensuring quality and consistency in production. Key Responsibilities: Develop new chocolate recipes and product concepts aligned with market trends. Conduct experiments with natural ingredients, herbs, essential oils, and alternative sweeteners. Perform lab-scale trials and quality analysis of cocoa, chocolate, and fillings. Document formulations, processes, and results systematically. Collaborate with production, quality, and marketing teams for pilot runs and product launches. Maintain awareness of food safety standards and regulatory compliance (FSSAI). Qualifications & Skills: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Voc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Processing, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in chocolate, confectionery, or food R&D (freshers with strong passion are also welcome). Strong understanding of chocolate chemistry, tempering, and ingredient interactions. Creativity and curiosity to experiment with flavors and textures.
