R&D Executive (Female only)

An R&D Executive leads and manages research and development activities to drive innovation and improve products/services. This role involves overseeing research projects, developing new products, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, staying updated on industry trends, and managing a team are key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Development Strategy:Develop and implement research and development strategies to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products.
• Project Management:Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership:Lead and supervise a team of researchers and developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Innovation:Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Budget Management:Manage the R&D budget effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on R&D activities, progress, and results to senior management.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure that all products developed meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutions, to leverage expertise and resources.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education : M.Sc in Chemistry
• Experience: 2+ yr Proven experience in research and development, with a track record of successful product development.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Technical Skills: Depending on the industry, specific technical skills may be required (e.g., in areas like chemistry, biology, or engineering).
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
