Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D Executive to join our team at Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new research projects to enhance existing processes and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct experiments and tests.
Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create and maintain detailed records of research activities and findings.
Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in relevant fields.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in using various software tools and technologies for research purposes.

Experience working in an employment firm or recruitment services firm is preferred.
