Roles & Responsibilities. 1. To mange the 5~6 people team of end to end product development. 2. Product identification, benchmarking, development, validation and industrialization along with the
mfg. team. 3. Product and process planning along with project management team. 4. New concept, development, validation and implementation. 5. Reviewing and maintaining the document- adhere with the quality system
6. identify the area of knowledge requirement and recommend for training
Technical Skills:
1. Well knowledge to read, review the engineering drawing. 2. Good knowledge in material selection, manufacturing methods , costing/ budgeting. 3. Good knowledge in tools, jigs and fixtures Conventional and unconventional machining process. 4. Good knowledge in punching, blanking, fine blanking. 5. Engineering change management. 6. Good knowledge in Engineering mechanics and Automobile. 7. Team building and Managing capability. AutoCAD
