Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D Chemist to join our team at Cadchem Laboratories Ltd, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new chemical synthesis methods and processes.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate results.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of chemical principles, laboratory techniques, and analytical methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
