Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Chemist with 1–2 years of experience to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving formulations, ensuring compliance with international quality standards, and supporting product innovation for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and research for product development and improvement.
• Work on formulation of essential oils, natural extracts, cosmetics, and fragrance blends.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, results, and reports.
• Ensure all R&D processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to scale up new formulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new raw materials, and technological advancements.
• Support troubleshooting and optimization of existing products.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on laboratory/R&D experience (preferably in essential oils, cosmetics, or related industries).
• Strong knowledge of chemical testing methods, formulation techniques, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
• Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
