Job Description

Development of new products as per market requirements put forward by the sales department under the guidance of the HOD.
Application of textile auxiliaries.
Customer shop floor trials for auxiliaries.
Daily analysis of competitors samples, party samples & other testing as per instruction of Manager QC & R&D& Application. maintaining all its records in respective registers as per ISO 9000 Documentation process
In-process batch testing for R & D. Performing experiments under the guidance of HOD.
Application performance testing as per specification and as per guidance of HOD.
Enter results and data in the computer (ERP soft copy) and register daily for R&D Batches and applications.
COA / report preparation of R&D products soft copies.
Day to day Instrument calibration and handling.
Coordinating with the marketing department for new products for updates and reports.
Technical presentation and data preparation for market tools, and exhibition.
Giving training to subordinates and compliance work AND audit paperwork for certification for IMS, ISO, GOTS, ZDHC, OEKOTEX.
Accountable for Quality checking / Inspection/stability checking as per Sampling plan and timely COA/observation Preparation.
Accountable for Deviation and its analysis and reporting to HOD.
Maintaining 5s culture.
Keeping inward and outward records of samples.

Housekeeping and monitoring lab activities & Lab Waste Monitoring like Fabrics/bottles / Samples, lab chemicals, broken glassware, etc.
