RCU Analytics Team Member-HO & SUPPORT-Internal Control

Team Leader- RCU - Regulatory Reporting, Mumbai

• Preparation of various regulatory / RBI reporting for RCU and submit to Compliance as per defined frequency, post due-diligence and maintaining accuracy. Ensure the Policy and Framework is in line with the RBI circulars and Master Direction on the subject.
• This will include various adhoc requirements from RBI / other regulatory bodies and closely work with Compliance to ensure in-time submissions.
• Conduct periodic review, identify & assess gaps and suggest controls to eliminate / control / monitor risks as required by regulator.
• Lead Projects undertaken wrt automation of workflows for improved TATs and service delivery.
• To Identify and support in management of significant new or emerging risks and their potential impact on Bank basis guidelines from various regulatory bodies.
• Ensuring Gatekeeping, tracking resolution and repository of RCU submissions and actions as appropriate.
• Defining and adopting best practice through collaboration with key business partners to provide quick and accurate reports / requirements.
• Co-ordination with relevant stakeholders in Businesses and Functional teams to provide support on all Regulatory and Compliance related matters. Regular recon with the status of pending items to ensure closure within stipulated timelines.
• Supporting periodic review or ad-hoc reports or information to Compliance as required and to take necessary actions as required.

• Excellent knowledge of power point & excel would be an advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements for risk mitigation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to support decisions with sound reasoning and justifications
• Ability to work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines with minimal supervision and a flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities
• Liasioning with senior management and dashboard publishing

• Experience of 4-5 plus years preferred
