Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Axis Bank Limited The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development < /P>

Roles and Responsibility < /SPAN> < /DIV>

Identify and acquire new customers to increase the bank's retail book < /LI>
Manage existing customer relationships to enhance their depth and value < /LI>
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization < /LI>
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement < /LI>
Record and track all interactions with customers using CRM software < /LI>
Comply with KYC /SEBI rules, regulations, and industry legislation < /LI> < /UL>
Job Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language < /LI>
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills with a high sales orientation < /LI>
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment < /LI>
- Strong knowledge of banking and investment products and services < /LI>
- Proficiency in Android devices and versions (10 /11 /12 /13) < /LI>
- Graduate degree required; relevant field preferred < /LI> < /UL>
