Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Raw Wood Manufacturing Specialist based in Jodhpur. The specialist will oversee and manage the manufacturing of wooden furniture, ensuring the implementation of efficient operations and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering processes, managing production workflows, and providing training to team members to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations
• Proficiency in team management, production processes, and maintaining operational efficiency
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Experience in conducting Training to enhance team competency
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality in manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of wood materials and furniture craftsmanship is advantageous
• Relevant academic background and prior experience in manufacturing operations preferred
