Raw Material and Press panel storage item development

As an RM Source Development Engineer, your role will involve developing sources for new and existing models, as well as monitoring the process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Localizing new steel grades for upcoming models - Coordinating with internal customers, vendors, and steel mills to resolve issues - Facilitating smooth new and existing model trials through effective coordination - Conducting formability trials of in-house press parts for alternate source development - Coordinating with Steel Mills, SC team, and Shop for resolving steel-related defects - Initiating various cost-saving activities through yield improvement, reuse of raw materials, etc. - Developing special grade steels like HSS, UHSS, BH, GA grades - Finalizing and supplying raw materials for new models - Designing, developing, and conducting CAE for pallets for storage of in-house press parts - Ensuring the supply of pallets as per the New Model Schedule - Planning and executing the shifting of models (press facility) between plants as per the guidelines If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide that information for a more comprehensive job description.,
