Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations . Preferred: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certified Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or equivalent Agile certification. Technical Proficiency Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and system integrations . Expertise in documenting technical workflows , especially with Fenergo . Skilled in Jira, Confluence, M365, and Agile tooling . Collaboration Adept at working with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, and Developers to synchronize sprint goals. Proven facilitation skills to align offshore and onshore teams with business priorities. Problem-Solving Proactive in identifying technical risks and proposing viable solutions. Analytical mindset to translate complex business needs into clear technical outcomes .
