Description
1. Requirements Analysis & Documentation Partner with Product Owners, Consultants, Functional Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, and Developers to gather, define, and document technical requirements. Collaborate with architects on scalable design solutions involving Cloud, APIs, SaaS tools, and other technology platforms. 2. Agile Execution & Facilitation Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Facilitate these ceremonies to ensure clarity of goals, timely completion of tasks, and proactive risk mitigation. 3. Technical Workflows & Integrations Document technical workflows, API specifications, and data flows, with a focus on onboarding or lending solutions. Assist in architecting integrations with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system configurations to meet business goals. 4. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with offshore and onshore teams to maintain alignment and effective communication. Liaise with AU stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met. 5. Tool & Process Management Use Rally, Jira, Confluence, M365, and other relevant tools to track progress, manage requirements, and maintain documentation. Provide clarity on technical blockers, coordinate resolutions, and support Developers during sprints. 6. Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Scrum Masters to refine Agile practices for efficient delivery and to identify opportunities for process enhancements. Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and managing technical risks and dependencies. What Does Success Look Like? Clear, comprehensive technical documentation delivered within agreed timelines. Effective collaboration and communication with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Developers, and stakeholders across regions. Well-facilitated Agile ceremonies, leading to timely and predictable sprint outcomes. Seamless integration of technology tools (e. g. , Fenergo, APIs, SaaS platforms) that align with business requirements. Key Deliverables Precise technical requirement documents tailored to business requirements. Well-coordinated Agile ceremonies ensuring efficient sprint execution. Documented technical workflows and integration plans for technical deliverables. Strong alignment across Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Developers, and stakeholders. Performance Metrics Timely Delivery: Adherence to sprint commitments and on-time delivery of technical documentation. Collaboration Quality: Positive feedback from Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Developers, and stakeholders. Agile Maturity: Effective execution and facilitation of Agile ceremonies. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive engagement and feedback from AU stakeholders. Project Impact: Successful technical implementation of business requirements. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role with proven Agile expertise. Must have experience in onboarding within banking/financial services . Proficiency in System configurations and integration workflows . Experience working with global teams and AU stakeholders . Advanced skills with Jira, Confluence, and M365 . Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations . Preferred: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certified Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or equivalent Agile certification. Technical Proficiency Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and system integrations . Expertise in documenting technical workflows , especially with Fenergo . Skilled in Jira, Confluence, M365, and Agile tooling . Collaboration Adept at working with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, and Developers to synchronize sprint goals. Proven facilitation skills to align offshore and onshore teams with business priorities.
