This workshop was truly enriching for my 13 year old. She thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of making new things each day and loved the way things were explained and executed. Truly reccomend it to anyone who wishes to learn the art of baking.

I visited the academy last week and wanted to give my review. I must say this place you should visit if you are planning to be a professional chef. This place has the best of chef faculty and students were so well groomed. They take16 students and have hands-on training. Highly recommended this place to future chefs.
