JOB TITLE & JOB CODE Job Tite EN-RR-07RAMS Engineer PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manage the RAMS activities and reated deiverabes in accordance with QCD commitments on the Purpose of the Job/Objective Perform RAMS anayses and produce reated deiverabes in accordance with QCD commitments on the project(s)/program(s). Appy the appicabe Astom/Engineering RAMS processes & instructions. ORGANISATION Organisation Reporting Hierarchica ReportingRAMS Domain Leader / Site RAMS Manager Functiona Reporting Train / Subsystem RAMS Engineer Network & Links Engineering Design team (SE, SSE, TxE, TPM), Vaidation team, Centra Engineering RAMS Team. Project Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) or Chief of Deveopment (CoD), Project Warranty Manager (PrWM) and other RAMS stakehoder from other departments (Sourcing, Industria, etc) Integrating & Participating Units RAMS Engineers counterparts on the corresponding project(s)/program(s) Service ILS/LCC Engineer Externa Interface Externa Suppiers KPI Measurement On Time Deivery and First Time Right Compiance to Astom/Engineering processes & instructions for Safety MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibiities To perform the RAMS anayses he/she is in charge of, as per the appicabe instructions/processes and other specific requirements committed to the Customer. To deiver RAMS anayses compiant with QCD work packages commitments. To address Customer/Independent parties (ISA, NoBo, Debo,) comments to get its approva on the RAMS deiverabes within the imits of Astom commitments. To contribute to the assessment of the RAMS performance of the product and to the upstream identification of the necessary RAMS requirements to ensure the achievement of the RAMS targets. To appy the Astom/Engineering rues & processes to his / her activities in particuar those dedicated to RAMS activities. To report on the progress of his/her activities and aert the Train/Subsystem RAMS Engineer and N+1 in case of difficuty. To have a pro-active chaenging view on the RAMS data/resuts he/she handes to enhance the adequacy/consistency of the RAMS studies and requirements. To seek for the technica understanding of the Astom products in order to better assess their safety performance and potentia areas of improvement. To adopt a product oriented mind-set in performing his/her studies to foster the capitaisation of the resuts of the studies towards the product RAMS performance. MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES Knowedge & Experience Roing-stock Engineering/Vaidation (you wi be trained to RAMS competency) RAMS anaysis and demonstration methods and toos and Eectrica and/or Eectro-mechanica Engineering Good communications and interpersona skis Time management ski.
