RAI Compliance

As a Responsible AI RAI Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the organization's compliance with AI governance and ethical standards. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing, refining, and leading the implementation of the organization's Responsible AI RAI compliance program, aligning it with regulatory requirements and ethical best practices. - Designing and implementing governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI development, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborating with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with global AI regulations such as EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, and internal governance policies. - Leading risk assessments to identify ethical, legal, and operational risks in AI systems, focusing on fairness, transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation. - Creating AI risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with technical teams to address identified risks and ensure ethical outcomes in AI-driven decision-making processes. - Developing AI auditing protocols and performing regular audits of AI models and systems to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. - Monitoring and staying informed on emerging AI regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks. - Advising on the creation and refinement of internal policies, guidelines, and practices regarding the ethical use of AI technologies. - Regularly reviewing and updating compliance frameworks to meet evolving regulatory requirements. - Ensuring thorough documentation of AI systems audits and compliance efforts to support both internal reviews and external reporting requirements. - Preparing regular reports for senior management on the status of AI compliance, risk assessments, and corrective actions. - Serving as the primary point of contact for audits or inquiries related to AI compliance from regulators or external assessors. - Leading internal training and awareness programs focused on AI compliance, ethical AI practices, and emerging regulations for relevant stakeholders. - Collaborating with HR, legal, and technical teams to ensure all employees involved in AI development and deployment understand their role in ensuring responsible and compliant AI use. - Providing ongoing support and resources for cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent application of AI compliance protocols. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following technical requirements: - Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate value to delivery leads, project managers, and other unit heads, and to negotiate and resolve conflicts. - Technical knowledge and expertise in AI, ML, Data Science, and software development methodologies. - Structured problem-solving and consulting skill sets. - Program management experience in handling large projects involving multiple stakeholders. If you have the following preferred skills, it would be a plus: - Technology: Machine Learning, Responsible AI (specifically explainable AI). - Foundational: Program Management, Program scientific estimation, Program nature-specific estimation methodologies.,
