I. PURPOSE OF JOB:This job description applies to both Doylestown Health Urgent Care However, tasks may differ based on location. This description reflects the performance of Diagnostic Imaging procedures on out patients in the Urgent Care setting, utilizing clinical skills, knowledge and competencies of the Radiologic Technologist. Perform other duties deemed necessary to the operation of the radiology department.

Ii. Essential Functions

Maintain clinical competency in the Radiology Technologist position requirements
Provide patient care for all of our customers by performing x-ray procedures as prescribed by a provider in a safe and respectful
Compile and maintain patient records and schedules while following HIPPA
Deliver/scan completed paperwork to the radiologist for interpretation and document applicable patient history.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, and Radiologists
Complete in a timely manner all required education, training and CEU's along with certification

Job Qualifications

V. QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

HS diploma or equivalent, graduate from a JCERT accredited school, ARRT certification
Other Skills: Good communication, customer service skills and computer skills. Current BLS for all technical staff
