Radiology Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage daily mobile X-ray visit schedules.
• Monitor technician travel, punctuality, performance, and image quality.
• Ensure strict radiation safety protocols and SOP compliance.
• Accompany technicians on field visits whenever required.
• Operate the portable X-ray machine and perform scans based on workflow needs.
• Troubleshoot patient/home-visit issues and provide on-field support.
• Coordinate with the central team for reporting, image uploads, and retakes.
• Maintain equipment usage logs, consumables, and ensure machines are well-maintained.
• Handle escalation, customer communication, and service quality improvements.
• Train new mobile technicians and support overall team development.
• Ensure proper Quality Assurance (QA) through routine equipment checks and image quality monitoring.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance as per AERB guidelines and documentation standards
