Radio Promotional Executive

As a Radio Promotional Executive at St Aloysius (Deemed to be University) in Mangaluru, your role will involve leading promotional strategies for the campus radio. You will collaborate with faculty, students, and media professionals to enhance the reach and influence of radio content. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement innovative promotional strategies for the university's radio. - Enhance engagement and listenership among target audiences. - Manage both online and offline promotional campaigns as well as social media outreach. - Coordinate with student contributors, content teams, and external partners. - Support in event planning, audio promotions, and initiatives for listener interaction. Qualification Required: - A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Visual Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or Marketing. - A Master's degree in a related field would be advantageous. - Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing and promotions, radio/media management, and digital media content. - Experience with campus or community radio is preferred. Preferred Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Knowledge of branding, digital outreach, and audience targeting. - Capacity to conceive and oversee creative campaigns. - Familiarity with audio tools, broadcasting fundamentals, and media planning. - Proficiency in local/regional languages: English, Kannada, Tulu, and Konkani is necessary.
