Eligibility Criteria:

• PhD in English (mandatory)
• Qualified in NET/KSET (mandatory)
• Minimum 55% aggregate in relevant academic qualifications
• Strong commitment to teaching, research, and student development
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to academic innovation and institutional activities

• Engage in curriculum development, mentoring, and co-curricular initiatives
• Participate in research, publications, and conferences
