Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assign FEsto planned sites and coordinate their activitiesto ensure the timely I&C ofsites. • Investigate and resolve site-level issues along with FEs during I&C. • 4G/5G New/Existing node Integration in Ericsson BB. • Communication and synchronization between back office and field force assist in troubleshooting Installation/integration problems. • Support to field force for external Alarms and Acceptance Test, RETssetup, call tests, and calibration. • Commissioning file and ret report delivery to field force for HOP information. • Providing support to RAN Engineers on any kind of script-related issues,fixing configuration faults, Troubleshooting of Tx issues, and providing support on escalations to relevant teams. • Ericsson BB6630/BB6631/BB6303/RP6353/RP6651 integration & Troubleshooting. • Ericsson eNB/gNB upgrade and integration, Software Upgrades, cell configuration, neighbor list preparation etc. • Migration of customersfrom existing eNB to temporary setup. • Migration of customers from temporary setup to upgraded eNB/gNB setup, including Pre-Post checks. • Coordinating with the field team for VSWR Test, Optics Test and RF validating testing. • 4G/5G Throughput testing. • Ericsson RRU2219/RRU2279/RRU6626/RRU8863/RRU4418.
