The team ensures that all Varian activities related to ionizing radiation safety are properly authorized and compliant with local laws and international standards. Your role as the Radiation Safety Support Specialist will involve managing routine radiation safety tasks and providing administrative support to the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collecting documents and required compliance data mainly from internal sources - Follow-up on missing or incomplete information - Analyze and verify data - Maintain Excel and SharePoint databases with important compliance information - Prepare charts and dashboards - Provide project support including coordination and organization **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent knowledge and proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Technical understanding or technical background with scientific higher education being desirable - Self-motivated, reliable, quality-minded, creative, and customer-focused - Good communication skills - Excellent English language proficiency (minimum CEFR C1 level) with additional languages considered a plus - Enjoy working in an international team and supporting activities in EMEA and APAC The company is a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in over 70 countries.
