Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative R&D Executive to design and develop innovative student activity kits for Science and Math. These kits will be used in classrooms to help students from Grades 1 to 10 understand fundamental STEM concepts through engaging, hands-on activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of scientific principles, basic mathematics, and an aptitude for converting theoretical ideas into practical, physical learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prototype activity kits aligned with Science and Math curriculum standards.
Design curriculum-aligned, age-appropriate hands-on models for Science and Math concepts.
Collaborate with curriculum designers and subject experts to ensure conceptual accuracy and age-appropriate content.
Test and validate the kits with students and educators, and improve based on feedback.
Document processes, prepare instruction manuals, and assist in training educators on kit usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in product development, STEM education, or hands-on teaching preferred.
Strong understanding of core Science and Math concepts for K-10.
Excellent hands-on skills .
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to convert concepts into models.
Basic understanding of prototyping techniques and materials.
Good communication and documentation skills.
