Key responsibilities & duties Analyze customer inquiries and prepare accurate and timely quotations. Coordinate with sales team to understand customer requirements. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing information for products and services. Purchase the material from Vendors. Ensure that all quotations comply with company pricing and discount policies Track and manage multiple quotations simultaneously Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed Maintain accurate records of all quotations and sales activities Identify opportunities to improve the quotation process and make recommendations to management Work experience and skills Ability to understand and interpret technical documents and drawings Proficient in using software programs such as Excel, Word. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience in preparing and submitting quotations for products or services Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and pricing structures Education : Any degree Female candidates Preferred.
