Seeking Experienced QSR / Food Business Consultant for New Concept Development

I’m exploring the launch of a new QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) concept in India and looking to engage a senior consultant or advisor with strong experience in the commercial, marketing, and operational aspects of launching and scaling food service businesses.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years in QSR, fast casual, or B2C food ventures in India
• Proven experience in concept validation, market positioning, pricing strategy, and outlet operations
• Ability to develop SOPs, customer experience strategy, marketing roll-out plans, and advise on execution
• Prior involvement in launching or scaling food or beverage brands preferred
• Culinary/technical expertise not required

This will be a discreet engagement, and a mutual NDA will be signed before concept details are shared.

Engagement type: Consultant / Part-time / Project basis
Location: Remote possible, preference for those familiar with urban Indian markets
