Role Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled

  Quick Commerce & Marketplace Performance Manager

  to drive growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.
• This role involves full ownership of onboarding, catalog management, pricing, inventory planning, ads management, and reporting for Quick Commerce platforms.
• The role also includes

  secondary support for Amazon Seller Central & Ads

  and a

  basic working knowledge of Flipkart, Myntra, and Nykaa Ads

  .
• You will play a central role in improving sales, operational efficiency, and store visibility across all assigned platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Quick Commerce Management (Primary Responsibility)

• Manage end-to-end presence on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.
• Lead onboarding, documentation, store activation, and listing approvals.
• Maintain accurate, clean catalog listings (titles, descriptions, images, tags, variants).
• Manage pricing, discounts, promotions, and margin discipline.
• Track stock availability, fill rates, and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Plan, execute, and optimize platform events, festive sales, and visibility campaigns.

Ads & Performance Marketing

• Run and optimize Quick Commerce ads including sponsored placements, banners, and visibility slots.
• Create platform-wise, campaign-wise ad budgets and strategies.
• Track & optimize performance KPIs: ROAS, ACOS, orders, CTR, CVR, and cost per order.
• Provide basic support for Amazon Ads (campaign setup, keyword updates, bid revisions).
• Generate reports and assist with simple campaign optimizations for Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Ads.

Reporting & Insights

• Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards for: Sales, orders & margins, Ad spend & performance, Stock levels & OOS %
• Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations to management.
• Prepare monthly business reviews and forward-looking strategy plans.

Coordination & Process Ownership

• Collaborate with

  Operations/Warehouse teams

  for stock planning

• Design & Content teams

  for creatives and catalog assets

• Founders/Management

  for strategy alignment
• Work closely with platform/category managers to resolve issues and unlock visibility opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required

• 36 years of experience in E-commerce, with

  2+ years dedicated to Quick Commerce

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket dashboards.
• Knowledge of inventory planning and fast-moving SKU management.
• Working knowledge of:
• Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Ads
• Flipkart Ads / Myntra Ads / Nykaa Ads (basic)
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Table, Lookup formulas, dashboards).
• Strong analytical mindset with high comfort in numbers and trends.
• Excellent coordination & communication skills.
• High ownership attitude ability to independently manage and optimize accounts.
