Job Description

Ability to read, understand and explain drawings Measure and value the work done on site, prepare client bills, co-ordinate with client’s representative and verify bills. Preparation of sub-contractors bills on weekly basis. Liaison with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers. Prepare budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. Prepare Bar Bending Schedule. Qualification: B-Tech/ B.E Graduate in Civil Engineering with adequate computer knowledge. Willingness to Work in Sites for Bill preparations. Experience: Not less than Two Years as Quantity Surveyor in Building Construction Candidates meeting the above qualifications only need to apply. Job Location: All over Kerala Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
