Job Description

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements. Scrutinizing labour and material bills, as well as contracts. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other documents. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Traveling from the office to various sites as required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kozhikode, Kozhikode - 673014, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: total work: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
