As a Quantity Surveyor (Back Office) specializing in Subcontractor Management, your role involves handling the financial and contractual aspects of managing subcontractors. This includes negotiating terms, preparing bills, tracking costs, and verifying work performed, all from an office setting. Your primary goal is to ensure projects remain on budget and are delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cost estimation for projects - Plan and manage project budgets - Prepare bills for subcontractors - Maintain detailed cost reports To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in construction software, a strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications, and excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
