Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets based on drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs using standard measurement practices .
• Manage tendering processes including documentation, bid analysis, and contractor evaluation.
• Prepare departmental Measurement Book (M-Book) bills for government projects in compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout all stages of construction.
• Conduct site visits for progress validation, valuation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to optimize value.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 1 to 8 years of relevant experience .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with Government Projects, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
