Job Description for - Quantity Surveyor 1. Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on architectural and structural drawings. 2. Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for civil construction projects. 3. Monitor project budgets and keep costs within approved limits. Prepare and issue tender documents and assist in evaluating bids. 4. Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor agreements. Conduct site visits to verify quantities and work progress. 5. Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and cost reports. 6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams. 7. Manage change orders, variations, and claims. 8. Maintain and update project cost tracking systems. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
