Job Purpose

We are seeking 3 experienced Quantity Surveyors (QS) to manage tendering, billing, and procurement activities for Facade and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidates will ensure accurate cost estimation, contract management, and timely project execution while maintaining strict cost control and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for facade and PEB projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare competitive bids.
• Oversee billing processes including preparation and verification of client and subcontractor bills.
• Manage procurement activities, including material sourcing, vendor negotiation, and purchase order preparation.
• Track and control project costs to prevent budget overruns.
• Assist in contract administration and resolve any commercial or cost-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project cost reports and progress documentation.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery and cost compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the facade and/or PEB industry.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, billing, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cost-control skills.
