Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Prepare quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates based on drawings and specifications. - Review and validate contractor bills, work measurements, and rate analysis. - Create and update project cost reports, budgets, and progress summaries. - Assess variation claims and provide support for contract administration. - Collaborate with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless billing and cost control processes. - Maintain accurate documentation related to quantities, material reconciliation, and cost records. - Ensure compliance with project requirements by maintaining transparency and accuracy. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) - Minimum of 5-6 years of experience, preferably in Industrial or Construction projects Skills that will be beneficial for this role include: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software - Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail - Good understanding of industrial civil works and material specifications - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively Please note that the salary range for this position is between 50,000 to 65,000 per month, depending on your experience and skills.
