Quantity Surveyor (Office work)

Job Type: Office-based with occasional site visits

Key Responsibilities:

- Quantity Measurement and Cost Reporting

- Take off quantities from project drawings and specifications to estimate required materials and labour.

- Prepare detailed bills of quantities, including labour, materials, and other relevant costs.

- Cost Estimation and Tendering

- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.

- Develop and manage tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with exposure to government projects.

- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation methods, and quantity surveying techniques.

- Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Work Environment:

- Office-based role with occasional site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications.

- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
