The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the cost management process, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects. Conduct feasibility studies to help determine project viability. Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgets. Prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare reports on financial status and progress of projects. Advise on procurement strategies and cost control measures. Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams to resolve issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. 5-6 yrs of experience in same field is preferred. Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
