Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor - Interior Projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for various tasks including cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. This role requires close collaboration with project managers and site teams to ensure that interior projects are completed within the allocated budget and time frame. The position is located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Reporting and analyzing cost data
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Entire South India
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in interior projects or similar fields is a plus
