As a Tender Preparation & Submission Specialist, your role will involve reviewing tender documents, drawings, BOQ, and specifications. You will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for civil & interior Fit-out projects. Your coordination skills will be key as you work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to gather pricing inputs and ensure the final tender/bid is submitted within deadlines. Your expertise in Cost Analysis will be crucial as you analyze project costs encompassing materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overheads. You will also be evaluating commercial risks and proposing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination will be another aspect of your role where you will be obtaining and evaluating quotations from vendors and subcontractors. Your attention to detail will be essential in ensuring competitive and accurate pricing for the projects. In your interactions with Clients & Consultants, you will attend pre-bid meetings and site visits, clarifying technical/commercial queries and conducting site visits for accurate project quoting. Your involvement in Budgeting & Planning will require you to assist in project budgeting post-award and monitor cost variations and pricing trends in the market to ensure optimal project financial management. Documentation & Reporting will also be part of your responsibilities as you maintain proper records of all tenders, assumptions, and pricing breakdowns. Additionally, you will prepare commercial reports for management review to facilitate informed decision-making processes. Value Engineering will be an area where your input is valued as you suggest alternative materials or methods for cost efficiency, contributing to the overall project success. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of civil and interior fit-out works. - Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software. - Commercial acumen and negotiation skills. - Attention to detail and a deadline-focused approach.
